Located at 3212 Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond, Virginia, our newly renovated 18,000-square-foot facility includes a full commercial kitchen, cafeteria, and commercial laundry to ensure quality, comfort, and cleanliness for every resident. All furniture and mattresses are crafted from bed bug–resistant polyethylene and steel, and the facility is professionally cleaned daily with monthly pest control maintenance.

We are a licensed assisted living facility specializing in mental health support. Our trained team is on-site 24 hours a day to assist with personal care, medication management, meals, and individualized goals for wellness and growth.
What are the admission requirements?
To qualify for admission at Hawkins Residential, individuals must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a serious or persistent mental health diagnosis
- Pose no harm to oneself or others
- Have an assigned case manager
- Be capable of performing daily living tasks
- Be assessed as requiring the level of support that assisted living provides
